This patient initially presented with moderate dental crowding, overlap of central incisors, and small peg-shaped lateral incisors.

She first completed an Invisalign treatment to properly align all teeth and create the ideal space for each of her naturally small lateral incisors in preparation for restorative dental work. Afterwards, her dentist restored her small incisors with composite crowns for proper tooth proportions and ideal smile esthetics.
