Open bite and space closure with Invisalign

This patient initially presented with an open bite, flared upper and lower incisors, large spaces, and a class II molar malocclusion. Throughout this patient’s 13 month orthodontic treatment, the spaces were closed, the open bite corrected into an ideal overbite, and the flared upper and lower incisors were brought back to an ideal angulation.

Furthermore, notice how the lower molars in the “after” pictures now sit just ahead of the upper molars for an ideal class I molar occlusion and harmonious bite. The patient was ecstatic with the finish and her gorgeous smile.
